We explore of the reactivities of ynamides towards radical species in order to develop new transformations enabling the preparation of original organic compounds.

We are developing news tools to perform C-H activation/functionalization reactions occurring by a Hydrogen Atom Transfer (HAT). This project includes also the control of chirality.

We explore the impact of confinement on the behavior of transient species (radicals and/or photoexcited states) and on the regio- and stereo-selectivity of radical reactions initiated by thermal or photochemical activation. To do this, we design and synthesize the precursors and then control their assembly into the material.

We aim to develop new transformations using transition metal complexes bearing various chiral ligands. In particular, we are design well-defined complexes with N-heterocyclic ligands (NHC) containing axes of chirality.
