2024 GFP-Academic Innovation Prize
(GFP : French Group for the Study and Application of Polymers)
Congratulations to the three winners of the 2024 GFP-Academic Innovation Prize – Laurence Charles (SACS team), Didier Gigmes (CROPS team) and Jean-François Lutz (ISIS, University of Strasbourg) for their work on molecular barcodes enabling the identification and traceability of materials.

PEPR BBTI: “Biotherapies and Bioproduction of Innovative Therapies” – Call for Projects – 2025Led by Inserm and CEA, the research program is funded with 80 million euros for a duration of 7 years. PEPR SPLEEN – Call for Expression of Interest – 2025

Call for Projects – Institutional Institutes
Placing interdisciplinarity at the heart of its development strategy, Aix Marseille University launched its first institutional institutes between 2019 and 2021, ensuring bridges between research and education and supporting its openness to international collaboration and the socio-economic and cultural world.
As true university hubs, these institutional institutes rely on research units, doctoral schools, components, and schools of the campus, as well as their partners, to stimulate the emergence of scientific and societal issues, viewed through an original lens.
To continue this experimental dynamic, Aix Marseille University, with the support of Amidex, is providing the Aix-Marseille campus community the opportunity to create new institutional institutes around societal issues that have not yet been explored.

Call Résurgence@CNRS Chimie 2025
Résurgence is a rolling call for projects from CNRS Chemistry that supports female researchers and researcher-teachers in chemistry after maternity leave. Since 2025, it has been expanded to include parental leave for female researchers and researcher-teachers, as well as male researchers and teacher-researchers.

Procedure Reminder:
- When you receive a delivery, the delivery note must be given to your manager.
The delivery note must be dated (date of receipt), signed, and you must add your name in handwriting.
If no delivery note is attached to the order, you must still inform your manager that you have received goods.
The manager needs the delivery note to pay the invoice.
- When you enter a mission in Notilus, your mission must be documented as much as possible.
During the AMU audit in December 2024, it was found that missions were generally not sufficiently documented.
You must add the program of a congress if you are going to a congress, add an invitation email or a summons… any document justifying your trip.
- Following the last Board of Directors meeting, measures related to the sobriety of missions were adopted or renewed concerning missions:
- New measures:
o Make the train mandatory for any trip under 4 hours
o Encourage the use of the train for trips over 4 hours
- Renewal until December 31, 2025:
o Allow the use of first class for long train journeys over 2 hours 30 minutes (with the approval of the DU).
o Limit the number of day trips if the meeting duration is less than 3 hours, depending on the distance to be traveled.
o Encourage that long-distance trips be reserved for missions lasting more than 3 nights.

Dmitrii ZANKOV has joined the CT team to work with Mario Barbatti on Artificial Intelligence for Chemistry, and chemoinformatics approaches to chemistry problems, such as quantitative structure-property modeling, computer-aided synthesis planning, chemistry-informed machine learning, etc.
Dimitrii is originally from Russia. He received his PhD in chemoinformatics from the University of Strasbourg in 2023. Then, he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Chemical Reaction Design and Discovery, Hokkaido University, Japan between 2023 and 2025.

Appel à projets Instituts d’établissement

Rappel de procédures :
- Lorsque vous réceptionnez une livraison, le bon de livraison doit être obligatoirement donné à votre gestionnaire.
Le bon de livraison doit être daté (date de réception), signé, et vous devez rajouter votre nom de façon manuscrite.
Si aucun bon de livraison n’est rattaché à la commande, il faut quand même signaler à votre gestionnaire que vous avez réceptionné une marchandise.
La gestionnaire a besoin du bon de livraison pour payer la facture.
- Lorsque vous saisissez une mission dans Notilus, votre mission doit être documentée au maximum.
Lors de l’audit AMU de décembre 2024, il est ressorti que les missions dans l’ensemble n’étaient pas suffisamment documentées.
Il faut rajouter le programme d’un congrès si vous partez en congrès, rajouter un mail d’invitation ou une convocation…tout document justifiant votre déplacement.
- Los du dernier CA, des mesures liées à la sobriété des missions ont été adoptées ou reconduites concernant les missions :
- Nouveautés :
- Rendre le train obligatoire pour tout déplacement inférieur à 4 heures
- Inciter à l’utilisation du train pour les déplacements supérieurs à 4 heures
- Reconduction jusqu’au 31/12/2025 :
- Permettre pour les trajets longs en train supérieurs à 2h30, de recourir à la 1ère classe (sur autorisation du DU).
- Limiter le nombre de déplacements d’une journée si la durée de réunion est inférieure à 3 heures, en fonction de la distance à parcourir.
- Inciter à ce que les déplacements lointains soient réservés aux missions supérieures à 3 nuitées.

Dmitrii ZANKOV a rejoint l’équipe CT pour travailler avec Mario Barbatti sur l’intelligence artificielle pour la chimie, ainsi que sur des approches de la chimiométrie pour résoudre des problèmes chimiques, tels que la modélisation de la relation structure-propriété, la planification de synthèses assistée par ordinateur, l’apprentissage automatique informé par la chimie, etc.
Dimitrii est originaire de Russie. Il a obtenu son doctorat en chimiométrie de l’Université de Strasbourg en 2023. Ensuite, il a réalisé un post-doctorat à l’Institute of Chemical Reaction Design and Discovery, à l’Université de Hokkaido, au Japon, entre 2023 et 2025.

Quel que soit le mode de médiation, la Fête de la science permet à tout chercheur, ingénieur, technicien de sensibiliser le public aux sciences et aux métiers scientifiques et techniques et de favoriser les échanges avec tous types de publics.
